TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF FOOTPATH 1, HAUGHLEY

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing Footpath 1 Haughley at the level crossing for safety reasons to facilitate track relaying. Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.

 It is intended that the closure will operate from 12:30am on 28/11/2021 - 11:50pm on 11/12/2021 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 6 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Location Note: Footpath 1 extends North from Haughley Church towards Wetherden Hall and Bacton Hall, passing between fields and crossing the railway line before crossing the road between Haughley Green and Base Green, Wetherden.
